Returns & Exchanges

 

Q. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
A. Yes. However, items labeled "Online Exclusive" in the Weddings & Events Collection cannot be returned to stores and must be returned via mail (with the exception of "Final Sale" purchases which cannot be returned to stores or via mail).

All Ann Taylor dresses are delivered with an attached "Occasion Dress" tag. Please do not remove this tag until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Once the tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.

Our retail stores, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Factory, LOFT and LOFT Outlet stores cannot accept returns of "Online Exclusive" Weddings & Events merchandise.

A. A collection of bridesmaid dresses and cocktail dresses, perfect for weddings, parties, formal events, and any other occasion that calls for celebration.
Q. Is the Weddings & Events collection available in stores?
A. Our bridesmaid dresses and most of our cocktail dresses are available exclusively online at anntaylor.com. Select cocktail dresses are available in select stores. To see if an item is available in a store near you, use the "Find this item in a store" link on the product page.

Q. When will the next Ann Taylor Weddings & Events collection arrive?
A. Our next collection, including new colors and new styles, will arrive in June 2012.

Q. Do you carry Petite dresses?
A. Yes! We now feature a limited selection of Petite Wedding & Events dresses.
Q. My bridesmaids are all different body types, how do I choose the right bridesmaid dress?
A. The Weddings & Events collection has bridesmaid dresses to flatter every body type. If one dress doesn't work for everyone in your bridal party, try different silhouettes in the same color. This will keep your color theme consistent, but allows each bridesmaid to select the dress that flatters her most.
