Your purchase and/or use of Ann Taylor Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
Gift Cards may be purchased in store or online and ship free of charge. Gift cards do not expire and are not subject to any service fees. The maximum value that may be added to any Gift Card is $1,000.
Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise purchased at any Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Factory, LOFT, or LOFT Outlet store, or at anntaylor.com or loft.com for orders shipped to an address within the United States. For store purchases, the actual Gift Card must be presented to the store associate, and the amount of the card will be applied toward your purchase. eGift Cards can be presented on your mobile device or as a printed copy. For online purchases, enter the 19-digit Gift Card number and the PIN at checkout under “Gift Cards” in the Payment section.
Gift Cards may not be used for international orders. Gift Cards may not be applied to the purchase of other gift cards or as payment on any credit card account.

Only the cardholder may use the balance inquiry site to obtain information about Gift Cards. Any use of a “bot” or other computer program to check card balances is prohibited.
You may not return or cancel a physical Gift Card after it is purchased. You may not return or cancel an eGift Card after it is received.
Ann Taylor is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase, except as required by law. Replacement value is the value of the Gift Card at the time it is reported lost or stolen. To report a lost or stolen Gift Card, see a store associate or call 1-800-342-5266. Please treat your Gift Card like cash and safeguard it accordingly.
Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by law. Ann Taylor reserves the right to void or cancel any Gift Card that is resold without its authorization and invalidate any transactions made using the Gift Card after such unauthorized sale. Ann Taylor cannot refund or reissue Gift Cards purchased from a third party.
Ann Taylor is not responsible for fraudulent or unauthorized use of a Gift Card and may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor a Gift Card that it believes was obtained or presented for redemption in a fraudulent manner. Any possession or removal of a Gift Card outside the retail location where such Gift Card is offered for sale prior to proper activation constitutes possession of an unauthorized access device which violates applicable law, is against these Terms, and may result in us voiding or cancelling the Gift Card and invalidating any transactions made using the Gift Card.

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you are certifying and representing to Ann Taylor that the activities for which the Gift Card will be used comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and that the Gift Card will not be used in any manner that is fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to consumers or Ann Taylor. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Premium Brands Opco LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the Gift Card or violation of any of these Terms.
GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS. ANN TAYLOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ITS GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANN TAYLOR AND ITS AFFILIATES DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR GIFT CARD WILL ALWAYS BE ACCESSIBLE OR ACCEPTED. ANN TAYLOR AND ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS VENDORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS, DAMAGE (WHETHER ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE), INJURY, CLAIM OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER BASED UPON OR RESULTING FROM THE GIFT CARDS OR USE OF SUCH GIFT CARDS. IN THE EVENT THAT ANN TAYLOR OR ITS AFFILIATES ARE FOUND LIABLE TO YOU, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE TO RECOVER ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES WHICH SHALL NOT EXCEED THE UNREDEEMED BALANCE OF YOUR GIFT CARD. CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPH MAY NOT APPLY TO CONSUMERS IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Ann Taylor reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and will provide notice of such changes as required by law. If any of these Terms shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
